I am trying to get a partnership but i keep getting rejected somebody help me plz.

I want partnership on youtube but they wont approve my blogger could somebody help me
get approved. they say they cant quite tell why they chose to disapprove me my partnership.

Im partner with youtube but i need an adsense to get money but they wont let me sign up.

should i just make a new google account?
